Overall quenching & tempering on the roller shell and induction hardening on the track rails makes rollers shell better mechanical properties and much more wear resistance.

With high drive symmetrical seal for CAT, which keeps rollers away from oil leakages issues.

Roughness

CNC machining on seal pocket, shaft and bore hole ensures the surface roughness, which helps roller run smoothly and reduce the probability of wear and oil leakage.
