RESPONSE TO COVID-19

PUBLIC POLICY STATEMENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC


Following is a policy statement for our customers, and the general public regarding Manba’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.


Since the first news reports of Covid-19 Manba has been adhering to the guidelines established by China Disease Control.

We have ramped up the requirements for our staff to optimize the safety of our staff, suppliers, and customers. We are pleased to say we are experiencing very high compliance from our staff with respect to self-isolation, quarantine, and sanitizing.


We want our customers to know that we will maintain our high quality of service while doing business in a way that our customers are comfortable with. Our premises are not high traffic areas and remain open to customers.


We will ask that you practice social distancing and we may serve you coffee in a paper cup, but you are welcome.


We are asking many of our employees to work from home and we ask visitors and vendors to curtail their branch visits until things normalize. Should customers prefer delivery or to pickup goods without entering the branch we are happy to provide that service.
We will not visit a customer premise unless cleared by the customer to do so. We will not be enjoying normal hospitality with our customers as we would through this time period, however we expect to resume hospitality when conditions improve.


There are some strains on the supply chains and absenteeism remains an unknown and at this point we expect to provide high quality service to our customers without disruption or undue risk to customers or employees.
