Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is about 20-30 days. We will evaluate lead time by your order volume.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free?

A: Yes, we can provide samples for free, but do not include mold (if required) and shipping freight costs.

Q: How can I be sure the parts will fit my excavator?

A: Please give us correct model number/ machine serial number or drawing and size will be better.

Q: How do you control the quality?

A: We proceed the quality control plan for products in all process flow, including incoming inspection, heat treatment and process inspection with specified inspection frequency. Inspection records will be kept for 3 years.

Q:What is your payment term?

A: Total amount<=4000USD, 100% full payment as deposit. Total amount>=4000USD, 30% T/T in advance , balance before shipment.
